StrengthsFinder Assessment Review
Two-hour initial meeting and one one-hour coaching session (valid for 3 months after the initial coaching session).
The in-depth discussion is a two hour session covering your specific talents and strengths as identified by the Gallup StrengthsFinder Assessment. We will strategically discuss what your talents are, how you have previously used your talents and developed them as strengths, and how you can strategically use them in your personal life and work.
The coaching session is a one hour session focusing on what growth and challenges you've discovered and what alterations or adjustments may need to be made in order to continue to make progress with your talents and strengths. The coaching session can be used any time within 3 months from the date of the initial meeting.
Both sessions can be conducted in person or a web meeting.
