Leaders are defined...
Leaders are defined by the number of strengths they have, not the absence of weaknesses

A leader needs a balanced approach to time lest it become his bondage and downfall. Without a grip on time, the leader works under unnecessary strain. Spiritual Leadership, J. Oswald Sanders
Organizations have been defined as providing structure so people can accomplish their objective. The tagline for an organization would be: getting work done through people. The underlying philosophy of an organization is that the structure of an organization provides people a means to accomplish their goals.
Movements have been defined as having an emotional heart. Possibly, but I prefer to distinguish a movement from an organization with a simple and concise phrase: people are more important than structure with the tagline of: getting people done through work.
Innovation? How is it valued?
Innovation is not considered to be one of the top organizational issues nor one of the top managerial issues. However research has found that innovation is vital to the future success of organizations. In a study by Zenger and Folkman out of 703,041 respondent’s innovation rate 13 of 16 leadership competencies as identified by major organizations.
